The 401(k) match and transportation benefits are both generous. Employees must use PTO if they’re sick as there’s no separate sick leave, however there’s also a free week off at the end of the year for the holidays (dates vary based on job).
Changed plans 3 times in 5 years, each time they took something away leaving some to feel they were bait and switched.
Baseline benefits with insurance costs rising every year while benefits get lower
Pretty average benefits. No stock or ESPP plan after the second acquisition
Was not so great for Medial.
Competitive benefits for market, good health insurance options with full dental and vision coverage. Snacks around the office and standard 3 week PTO for salary employees to start.
They offer a good 401(k) plan with a certain percentage matched, affordable medical and dental plans that range from basic to premium, and subsidized parking/public transportation costs. Paid sick leave is combined with PTO and at a limited amount, however I've never had a problem with the number of days, and they increase at regular intervals of a couple years or so.
No sick days/ WFH / no stock options
Solid 401k matching, generous health benefits, good dental including a choice of providers, vision is fine. Maternity/Paternity leave has been extended. Lack of training and education options stymies professional growth. Snacks are okay.
PTO policy is great 3 weeks starting, 1 additional at 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years. Maternity and Paternity leave just changed to 1 month for both parents.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
