Best is pension contribution and annual incentive plan. 401K is not that great.
Good Health Insurance plan overall, best I have had in a while. 401k doesn't vest fast enough.
no real perks the insurance plans were pricey but not bad medical. sick days where taken away
The best thing about the benefits package is that BHP offers a pension plan which many companies today do not. The worst would be that their pension plan is based upon ones age and not ones tenure with the company.
