Insurance and 401k were offered but really the cost of insurance was not significantly less then the marketplace. Offering a match on the 401K would make the job more attractive. Picking up the cost of healthcare for a store manager that hits their bonus would also be a nice added perk. Vacation was 2 weeks after 1 year of service which was nice. Employee discounts are pretty generous and they do make the uniform costs very low.
No benefits for part timers. Just employee discount on some products. Even the full timers were a weird base off of aflack or something.
There is no benifits
NO PAID HOLIDAYS EXCEPT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS...you have to use vacation days in order to get paid for the other holidays.
That they have one??? They had no real understanding of how the benefits even worked?
