Above average pay, really good 401(k) and above average health coverage. Coverage options include single or family coverage but only if you are full time.
The benefits are quite good.
Great benefits package for a part time job including a 401K program
Little Company perks. They hit the most basic forms of benefits. There are less benefits than other grocery stores such as whole foods or costco. Because it is non union there are even better benfits at other stores like stop n shop.
There are many benefit plans at Big Y Foods, yet they are for higher positions.
I worked part time so I cannot vouch fully for the benefits but there were some employee perks and benefits unique to Big Y
Full 10% 401k match. Excellent Health, dental, and vision insurance. Good vacation schedule
paid time off, all that was very great for me to be working here at the curent time
There is paid time off and some benefits. You must maintain a 20 hour minimum average to receive any benefits and have to be an employee there for 6 months before you receive them.
Very greatful for the 401k plan and paid time off is very fair. After the first year everyone gets pto, every year you gain more. Health insurance has some good benefits but the coverage itself is poor due to high out of pocket costs. There are many benefits to the big y cares program. Overall good company.
