They invest an additional percentage of your salary to you option of funds.

There is not a traditional 401(k) since it's a non-profit, but the foundation pays a "pension" every year, matching a percentage of your pay, no investment needed by the employee.
Again no complaints - you can't complain when the foundation gives you 15% extra every year to your retirement.
Best thing - 15% of income is contributed by employer. Worst thing - investment management company not so wonderful.
