“What is the best or worst thing about the benefits package at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation? *”
“Gold standard in health insurance for FTEs.”
“Unlimited PTO for sick leave, vacation time, otherwise.”
Absolutely the most generous benefits package aimed at promoting equality and especially for women. 6 month parental leave for men and women, comprehensive healthcare benefits and 401 K contributions.
Incredibly generous benefits. Beyond anything most companies can provide.
Comprehensive benefits for all employees with no waiting period.
Generous vacation, excellent health care
Best: flexible working schedule + health coverage.
Incredible health insurance, as well as vision and dental, coverage
Incredible health/vision/dental insurance. On-site health clinic. Unlimited PTO.
Great benefits which includes maternity and paternity leave with full pay and bonus incentives for child care.
I don’t think the benefits could be better - unlimited vacation policy, flexibility, 15% 403b contribution, amazing medical (rarely paid anything out of pocket). Simply incredible.
Superb company perks and benefits including unlimited PTO, employer paid insurance, automatic 15% match on 401k, and a culture that supports family (to include 6-month PAID parental leave for both mothers and fathers after a little one comes into the family). Even through the pandemic, the leaders have been mindful to provide substantial stipends for ALL, regardless of title, to support the additional costs of working from home. Furthermore, this organization acknowledges working parents, and specifically publishes guidelines requesting coworkers extend grace to those with interrupting children/animals/family in the background. The Foundation truly sets the tone for being an employer of choice and embracing work/life balance!
