At the time I was there they offered unlimited paid vacation though this may have changed recently
There is absolutely nothing you can put down about the benefits package: unbelievable health coverage (medical, dental and visual) for the employee as well as their spouse/domestic partner and children, unlimited paid time off (although good luck actually taking it), 6 mo parental leave, 15% contribution to employee retirement account, life insurance/disability, 3:1 match on charitable donations, on-site fitness center, phone, business class travel for all international flights (there will be a lot of them) and more.

Most amazing benefits I've seen. A few favorite things: Longterm paid parental leave; amazing bike storage with workout room and showers; and matching employee gifts to charity 3x!
there is no aspect of the benefits package that is anything other than extraordinary. Every time i encounter a new benefit, it is either class-leading, or other employers do not provide it.
