limitless PTO and work from home on Friday is an option.
Unlimited time off now, when I was there it was still very generous, I was never able to use it all.
Unlimited time off with manager approval
unlimited policy provides flexibility but hard to manage equitably
Like many big tech companies, you get unlimited paid leave (but unfortunately, you work so much, that you're barely able to take any).
Unlimited vacation after consultation with manager
Unlimited vacation and sick policy seems like a great idea yet it seems folks take less vacation now that policy has changed in fear of looking expendable or not having coverage
The policy just changed to unlimited time off. I'm interested to see how it actually works, if people are able to take time off even if they don't have a certain amount of days they "have to" take. I think it is going to depend on the managers, which will likely vary pretty wildly across the foundation.
Unlimited vacation/paid time off. If you can get over the guilt of taking time and also if it is supported by your manager and team - then this is amazing.
3-4 weeks a year depending on position. Very flexible and encouraged.
