Benefits were free. Signed up for Kaiser and they had an HSA. Free lunch was also provided on Thursdays which was pretty good!
They have decent health insurance for a resasonable out of pocket cost. They also provide vision and dental insurance to employees.

The benefits are pretty typical for a small / medium sized company. All the basics and typical startup stuff is there, but the big company frills mostly aren't.
Stock options, fully paid medical coverage (Kaiser), everything else thats standard, vision, dental, 401k but not matching at this time.
