13 employees reported this benefit
It's nice that they have a plan. But the contribution match is pretty low. .33 to the dollar, up to 4%, and you have to be there 5 years to be fully vested. You vest 20% of their contributions per year. Company is doing poorly, and I would bet this may be one of the things to go.
Great- Helpful out a lot and information provided was thorough
Worst thing, they didn't ever wonder why the middle management was bottlenecking employee emails and not allowing employees to access their own accounts to see their own options available to them. All employees were supposed to have an email and be able to apply for in house promotion, but many of the "lower" employees were never given access, and were told they had to submit their choices by hardcopy.without being able to see a full catalogue of choices, many left the option up to default,or opted out by default not ever receiving the benefits they were supposed to be entitled to.
