Only 10 days of PTO. No 401K match. Working from home in many departments is frowned upon. Standard Holiday vacation days. Good insurance. Free golf at all BCG courses to employees and discounted tee times for friends.

They tell you the job comes with benefits but they don't tell you that you pay for them 100% and they are overpriced.
