One medical plan had a high deductible but zero dollars deducted from your paycheck. This is a great plan if you don't go to the doctor very often throughout the calendar year.

Health benefits were average. Sadly no stock options are granted. Bonuses are paltry for Research Associates. PTO granted trails behind other well known bio-tech companies. No alcohol consumption at company. Overwhelming sense that the company counts every penny. Although the company splurges and throws a great holiday party every year.
The pay is easily 35% below the market rate for the vast majority of positions and overtime is non-existent. The healthcare plans are high deductible and come with high monthly premiums. No subsidized gym membership or any activity facilities on site.
