Very good PPO and HMO options (company subsidizes), dental & vision as well. 401k with matching. 2 weeks vacation. While not guaranteed there has been a holiday bonus every year I have been here for employees with 1+ year at the company. Flu shots
The health insurance benefits had very poor coverage. There were truly no company perks other than being able to take home free shampoos once a month.
