They kept trimming things over the course of 4 years to save $$$ No 401 K match, 6 holidays, they cut vacation in 2016/17. They decimated on call pay for clinicians in this market, to make it the same over the country, and it killed our yearly salary, then gave no raises!
On the positive (for some people), you can choose between a traditional plan or an HSA. On the negative, it seems like every year there are changes to the plans and you end up paying more money.
No 401k match. Insurance has high out of pocket but RX coverage is excellent. PTO is fair and easy to take depending on your manager.
Not just a lot of High Deductible plans, and a good PPO plan with low copays. Would be good to have a 401k match.
Pay is good, however vacation, 401K, insurance benefits are lousy! Look up the CEO’s Bonus’ and you will know why they have financial struggles, do not buy their stock
Health insurance just ok & expensive. No 401K match, no bonuses, low on call pay
High Deductible, High Copay, limited benefits
401 k no match but that is not communicated. no vision plan that covers frames or lenses, pto was cut and mileage was cut for employees.
High turnover due to instability of upper management
The 401K "benefit" has no match from the company. This is unacceptable and company was very deceptive informing employees, even when directly asking Human Resources. PTO time is average with 18 days given up until after you have worked for the company for 5 years (becomes 23 days). Health insurance coverage is minimal and you can expect to pay around $400-500/month for family coverage per month for just minimal coverage with a high deductible/OOP.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
