Great standard benefits (medical, dental, vision). Offer 401(k) match and monthly product allowance, which is fantastic!
Health care was decent and 401K etc
The health insurance is great and affordable and working from home.
For a medium size company they at least attempt to offer medical, dental and investment opportunities but it is a basic package and the insurance does not cover much.
full benefits package, PTO, Internet allotment/equipment allotment, 6 major holidays off
The best thing: great, flexible hours. The option to work remotely was available when I started in December of 2012. It's no longer listed on their website, so this might've been discontinued. The worst: I don't believe we were offered stock options. That would've been a nice benefit.
A lot of the benefits came through Insperity, another Texas based company. General health benefits, 401k, a good base salary and the option to work remotely were some huge incentives here. They also provided $150 in company credit to purchase items from their store/website.
Very comprehensive benefit plan including free product. Health benefits are affordable and they offer market place discounts as well.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
