Very affordable and totally comprehensive. I have never seen a nicer benefits package. Copays are generally ten dollars for all prescriptions and twenty to fifty dollars for all office visits including ER and urgent care. I do not know about major surgeries or anything, lucky me, but I do know that it would not bankrupt me. It's only an additional 50 per month (I think) to add a spouse or domestic partner to your insurance policy.

They do not pay for much of your benefits package. Large amount is taken from your pay check.
