We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits, with a focus on our employee's continued professional development and work-life balance.
Starting with paid on-the-job training (no experience required) each employee receives the guidance and support to be successful. We also offer undergraduate tuition reimbursement and defined career paths with various opportunities for advancement.
Our additional benefits include:
Some of the best benefits I've seen anywhere. DAY ONE BENEFITS!!! Amazing health, dental and vision insurance, they offer also maternity leave, 12 days of PAID vacation!! Paid sick days, and floating holidays. 401K, and even opportunities to earn bonuses. The week of christmas is paid out as over time to ALL employees, which is pretty great!
All staff, including part time workers are eligible for benefits.
The paid time off is great. The wellness incentives are good.
401K matching, comprehensive health, vision, and life insurance offered, very generous tuition reimbursement offered and lots and lots of PTO. Part time employees can take advantage of some but not all benefits; full time employees can take advantage of all benefits.
Amazing healthcare and vacation time available. You get three weeks if hired, right away.
The benefits and vacation packages are what stands out to me. Employees start out with 15 days of paid vacation and are able to accrue more over time.
Benefits package is always changing, as the company is repeatedly being bought out by someone else. So far, 5th buyout has in as many years, so it was hard to stay with same HCP.
There is a great tuition reimbursement program up to 10k per year. It is wonderful to have consistently covered medical expenses (especially when having kids).
BioLife Plasma Services offers well rounded health insurance benefits as well as paid time off and other perks. The retirement benefits are fair in today's market and compensation is typically competitive.
Vacation/holiday is sufficient. Health benefits were amazing. Even received full benefits after moving to part-time for a few months.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
