The new McKesson benefits are pretty good. The wellness package allows you to do things like working out or logging meals to reduce your payments.
McKesson benefits are not as good as the old Biologics ones--the health "insurance" isn't even insurance and doesn't cover anything. Not to mention that it seems that the pharmacy has a good half-year blocked out for using your PTO, and if you don't use it, you lose it. No more bonuses because that was a Biologics thing--instead we have "all of these great benefits from McKesson, like tuition assistance and educational opportunities from Lynda!!!!!!" that we can't even use because we can't log on from home.
Matching 401k,pto, no stock options with McKesson merge given to. On leaders
Average benefits, generous time off.
The benefits before going to Mckesson were good, but McKesson benefits sick!
Relatively good benefits package, good company meetings/lunches. Still need to work on training. Good PTO and vacation days
We got a $5000.00 bonus in April only to get laid off in November!
All good live by the pillars and work by the pillars
The health benefits seem to be improving on a yearly basis, company match 401K.
Didn't have any benefits offered due to the fact not accepted as permanent employee.
