They are always changing it to help with the growth of the company. They added benefits for family members this year
Great primary benefits. Dependent benefits are costly.
Great coverage for the employee at about 90% (very, very low premiums). Dependent coverage (premium) based on the plan selected. They don't offer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) but do offer Health Savings Account (HSA) for high deductible plans. Really miss FSA for health and dependent care (especially for dependent care). Hopefully, it will be added in the next benefits offering.
Love the 401k matching! Very rare for a company at this size and stage. Management is very open and responsive to feedback from employees about adding additional benefits.
Extremely affordable benefits package with multiple benefits. Arguably the best medical insurance out there. There is room for improvement with our life insurance plan.
Good health insurace policy.Covers dental, vision as well.Good stocked kitchen.Lunch should be provided on all days
Highly competitive benefits. This is in line with most other companies in this space. There can always be an improvement but great start for a young company.
Insurance is okay if you're single. No 401K benefits.
Best: medical coverage is great, they pay for almost all of it and the deductible is low. Worst: they don't have 401K match
I pay $5 a month for amazing insurance coverage. For example, I was warned that insurance typically doesn't cover Retin A and it's expensive but our insurance paid for all but $10 for it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
