Birst pays 100% for employee's medical benefits and 80% for employees enrolled with dependents. We offer 4 PPO's with Anthem Blue Cross, one of them is a HDHP, which allows you to open a Health Savings Account; Birst contributes to that HSA on a monthly basis. Employees based in California also have access to an HMO plan with Kaiser.

there are a lot of health service locations in the area and the people at the facilities are nice but the plan is still very expensive and managed through a third party.
Good selection of heath insurance. Have been happy with it.
United Health Care are a mess, but the co-pays etc are decent. Family benefits are kind of expensive though.
