Exempt Employees are eligible for our Freedom Policy (Unlimited PTO). You work with your manager to determine how much time you take and when.
Non-Exempt employees are elgible to accrue PTO, which includes your Vacation and Sick time. New employees accrue 10 hours per month for a total of 15 days per year (max accrual is 180 hours). Once you reach 5 years of service, your accrual increases to 20 days per year (max accrual is 240 hours).
They are flexible if you get the job done.
