We don’t get vacation days so we would have to use our pto if we were sick or if we needed some time off.
Best: 1. 401K is great - saving money for the future! 2. PTO is awesome - getting paid while on vacation! 3. Commuter check direct - being able to pay my metro card pretax! 4. Direct deposit - money straight in my bank account hassle free! 5. Company social events Worst: I wouldn't say no to PTO for Federal Holidays from the company. But, we do work with live animals that need our care 24/7 so I can't make an argument.
Benefits are only somewhat decent if you're in management or corporate.

There weren't any benefits. Whole it includes vacation 10 days, working over public holidays was compulsory plus finding a fill in manager to take vacation was impossible.
