“Great health insurance options and they're all either completely or largely paid for by the company.”
“Bitly's work from home policies differ by department and can generally only start after a few months on the job. Most days should be spent in the office and Bitly isn't hiring remote-only employees but the flexibility to work from home to accept deliveries or work around appointments is appreciated!”
“Unlimited, just talk to your manager.”
Great benefits - 401k (4% match), flexible PTO and WFH, day 1 health insurance.
Okay plan. You get a majority of the things you would in the bay area.
Great benefits, unlimited PTO, great health insurance, bagels every Wed, lunch every Thursday, great snacks, coffee, protein bars, dairy free/gluten free options
The company provides matching 401k contributions and really generous and mature benefits for a small startup!
Best benefit is the ability to work from home and Wednesday lunches! Bitly also give you free dental and vision
I wish they would give me interest for the money I used as my retirement that would help out a lot for everyone
Comprehensive medical plan, 401k contribution up to 4%, commuter benefits, pets friendly, volunteer programs, catering lunch each week
Pretty solid benefits package, in line with progressive tech companies.
My health insurance costs are less than at former blue chip employers, but the benefits are significantly better.
Bitly pays for 100% of my benefits. I have the highest available insurance package and it only costs me around $30 a paycheck. In my previous company, I was paying $149 every paycheck for similar benefits. They also pay for One Medical, which allows me to get Doctor's appointments within 20 minutes all around the city.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
