It's the first place I've ever worked that my health insurance covered ANY therapy, and here it offers 80% coverage for in-network and 60% out of network. Physical therapy is about the same. Both of these used to be out-of-pocket expenses for me previously. It's a very good healthcare package and the amount that comes out of my paycheck for it is about the same as it was at previous companies with healthcare packages that offered far less.

Health insurance is pretty good, and PTO is very flexible. The benefits of working from home and flexibility of schedule vary based on the client or project. Professional development is usually not offered with much support from the company.
