I am still not fully on the Black Duck benefits package but I have read through them and they provide what I would need if I were on it. Un-tracked vacation time as long as it is approved by your manager.
They doubled the 401k match this year. They have health, dental, vision and flex spending.
The office space is fantastic. Totally modern, well-designed, well-maintained, with lots of perks and good spaces to work.
Great place to work, but given size of company benefits are not the best.

Perks: wine and beer tap, party/events every month, pingpong, foosball Health insurance: not whole covered, need to pay some. Getting worse. 401K: 25% of 4% you paid. i.e. 1% when you pay over 4%. Vacation: unlimited, but need managers' approval, it can be hard to take vacation depends on who is your boss
