Best: 401k matching program; Worst: Inconsistencies between managers and departments on flexible work schedules and work from home policies
everything about the package was good. They really do include a lot of things in it and take care you you very well. They also work really well with you on what options to choose and how to choose them and what to do with your money from your paycheck when trying to decide where to put it and how much to put.
the company had a good benefits package,i liked the fact you would get a bonus on performace factors that would you would be the one to track your performance.
Excellent health and 401K as well as pension benefits.
Health insurance, 401k with a good match, vacation, tuition reimbursement, life and disability insurance. Really have no complaints about it.
Very good benefits. Comprehensive health coverage, typical 401k matching, and the amount of PTO provided is phenomenal.
The insurance sucks, for an energy company where people are bound to get injured or sick; some of the worst insurance and most expensive I've seen. Starbucks has better insurance than this toilet hole.
The worst part of the benefits package is that the defined benefits pension has been stopped. But in its place BHC give a generous (by today's standards) match. 6% Match + 2% into 401k and a annual incentive bonus of in the neighborhood of 10%.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
