The benefits were very good and B&V matched 401k contributions up to 3%.
Benefits are pretty standard. Healthcare was below average though, in fact, we got our through my wifes job, which was better coverage for about $100 less per month. The "bonus" incentive is a joke: you have to be enigineer level 4 or higher (PE), and get a "1" rating to be eligible for 8% of your salary, assuming that they fully fund the bonus pool. The only people making meaningful bonuses are the handful at the top, who don't need it to being with.
Their benefits package is amazing! Very affordable and well organized. 401k starts immediately which is nice too.
Profit sharing and company stock (401k match) are positives
I was a temp, we lost out on the vast majority of benefits. Apparently temps for BV in Kansas are treated about one step above garbage though, so there's that.
Typical but nothing out of the ordinary.
Health benefits and paid time off were very good. 401k match is adequate, but not stellar.
Health coverage is quite good at a decent rate.
health insurance - not many options, but the few that exist are good
It doesn't cost me much
