9 holidays and 10 days of paid vacation if you have been there for less than 5 years. This is pathetic. If you don't want people to burn out and quit, offer a minimum 20 days paid vacation and offer extended, unpaid leave.

Two weeks up to the five year mark. Then three weeks. Seven paid holidays,
First 5 years of service = 2 weeks vacation. 7.5 days of holidays + 1 floater.
Typical PTO but it takes 5 years to get the 20 days off/
I get a month of vacation which is outstanding.
