Great match and support plan for employee. I don't see anything cons with it
The company match appears to be the industry average. You must be with the company 6 months prior to participation , but you are vested on the 1st day of participation.
Matching of first 3 percent.

They have a great matching rate.
They match the employee contribution up to 5% which is one of the better matches I have seen. The plan administrator is being changed to Fidelity.
The eligibility was immediate, with no waiting period.
