A good benefits - 401k matching, less PTO but unlimited sick leaves(not that you can really use them because of the amount of work)
great benefits overall. Health insurance is as good as it gets.
Health insurance was about average, kept getting worse the last few years. 401k match was pretty good, fitness reimbursement paid for an inexpensive annual club membership.
Work from home if their is inclement weather, flexible hours. Nobody minds if you show up a bit late.
Best things were: Time off, health, 401k, standard laptop and mobile phone (+ service), on-site gym, paternity leave (bonus: paid $100.00 USD total for the birth of our child, unheard of anywhere else) Worst things were: Having to purchase devices if you wanted to own the latest
Health insurance coverage is very nice and cost is reasonable compare to other companies. Multiple plans to fit your needs.
It was ok. decent medical benefits with 3% 401k.
Health, dental ,vision and life insurance offered from the first day of employment.
Have 401K company match and usual medical/dental/VSP package.
