    I heard its good but it depends upon which group you work.QA group is worst here. Higher level people are non technical resulting in not understanding lower level employees problem which makes Managers life easy and they plays with employees carrier the way they want.

    My experience was that BLK is competitive regionally with the respective marketplaces. in the UK, my understanding is that women can take up to 12 months and return to their jobs without any loss of time or responsibility.
