It's pretty standard for CA: 2 weeks for dads, 4 months for moms. You can also take FPLA for another month

After my wife gave birth to our first child, I was able to take four weeks of paternity leave to help with the baby. I was given the option of taking the full time all at once or spreading the time out as needed. My co-workers also gave me a baby shower which was unexpected, but extremely thoughtful.
