Blackbaud has 2 High Deductible Health Plans (Core & Premium HDHP), 1 PPO plan, and 1 EPO plan in place through Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. All full-time employees are eligible to elect medical coverage for themselves and for their dependents on their first day of employment! Blackbaud has an income-sensitive cost sharing structure.
