Great vacation and in 2018 they provided a stock grant for all employees. Recently stopped allowing new employees to work from home. Current at-home employees are can stay at home but cannot apply for roles managing people or get promotions unless it is in a role that is explicitly stated to work remotely. Much more strict about working from home.
