Employer Summary

FSAs allow you to set aside pre-tax money from your pay to use
throughout the year to reimburse yourself—tax-free—for certain
health care and dependent care expenses. Blackboard offers two
FSAs to help you save for eligible health care and dependent day
care expenses, as well as save money on your taxes. You are not
required to elect any medical, dental or vision coverage in order
to participate in the FSAs.

Nothing special about it. It meets the federal requirements. You'll be happy you have it since medical coverage sucks.
