Good base benefits - 401K, Leave, Work-Life Balance
Best- PTO, lots of selections, 401k, at this location dogs are allowed Worst- the high deductible health care plans really turn off a lot of employees with families. In this case, a lower premium for middle of the road healthcare is not an incentive. I'd rather pay more for better coverage.
Decent benefits package, but the shift to a high deductible medical plan seems to end up costing more to the employees in the long run. These high deductible plans cost less out of pocket, but you have to pay for MD visits and other procedures out of pocket until you've met the minimums. Company's 401K contribution is ok as well, but a 00% match would be great and the contribution isn't guaranteed (they decide and make an announcement each year).
comprehensive health insurance, 401k match, generous PTO
Competitive benefits and paternity leave is nice
The insurance is horrible and expensive for a family unless you are a salaried employee. Vacation and paid time off start racking up after being there a year.
Healthcare plans have are very expensive for employees. Basically, not much besides checkups are covered until you hit your deductable of $2000 for individual or $4000 family.
Flexible work from home program
The benefits package varies between salaried and hourly employees
No guarenteed 401k match. Healthcare is very expensive and passed onto employee. 401k takes 3 years to vest. Basic vision and dental insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
