The benefits package varies between salaried and hourly employees
Average but fair market benefit package
Benefits are fairly standard. PTO for long-time employees is generous. Healthcare insurance is expensive (but that's true almost everywhere).
all general PTO which allows for flexibility; health care options have been limited lately because all plans are now high-deductible.
Declined over last 2 years
Medical, Dental and Vision are decent. 401K was matched based on how well the company was doing. PTO/Vacation days were generous. Working remote and flexible hours are a bonus!
The time off is fine, the insurance plans suck!
Since I only work part-time I am not entirely sure on the benefits package they offer. However management and full-time employees seem decently happy with it. You wont be offered benefits until 90 days after you have been working there.
In my opinion, health insurance and maternity leave are the best part of the benefit. However the health insurance plans are going to be changed in 2018 and only high-deductible health plans will be offered.
Good,love to work for it
