Even with growing insurance costs for everyone, Blackboard attempts to be competitive in what benefits they offer. Choosing plans and options are very clear and easy to do and they have a large amount of resources allocated to helping you get what you need. The job itself often allows for telecommuting and flexibility, which is a huge perk.
HSA only for health care. 401k match of 3% that takes 3 years to fully vest. Commuter benefits. 4 weeks vacation On the whole pretty average.
Flexible work schedules is the best perk. Health care is not great and is getting worse for 2018
The bonuses were almost always withheld due to our sales team's performance.
Very good benefits were provided and generally clearly explained in the on-boarding process. HR and accounting was easy to work with when needed and very responsive.
no benifits unless you get hired on full time most spots are seasonal with no garuntee of getting kept or layed off
I'm not sure yet about the benefits package. I've only been employed for 3 months.
Great health, dental and vision care benefits.
Good: PTO upfront Bad: 401K contribution is only around 3%
All benefits are very costly and I can assure you not worth it. There is no retirement plan unless you are in management.
