prescription drug coverage changed every year. Hard to talk to anyone in HR. Employer 401K match is only fully vested after 3 years.
The amount of PTO is generous, even for new employees. There is a company match for 401k but it is only paid out once per year (must be currently employed to receive it).
The company is generous about stock options and benefits in general. There are many options for health insurance and generous 401K matching.
I enjoyed all the benefits they offered. Although there seemed to be more for women than men and that was fine but it was kinda one-sided.
Pretty standard corporate benefits package offered. Health insurance, dental, 401k, etc. Probably the best benefit was their flexibility to work from home.
In 2014, the 401k match is generous and stock options were attractive. Health care benefits were positive. The adoption and paternity leave benefits are very limiting.
Insurance has a large deductible for health.
The Benefits offering at Blackboard was the strongest most comprehensive I've had in my career. The plans offered were robust with low monthly premiums and deductibles for individuals and families alike.
Standard bennies. 401k, health care, etc
Benefits are limited to year end bonus and the mobile phone bill. Some employees have access to professional development programs. No medical or dental, which are almost standard benefits these days.
