Standard holidays only. They should offer more paid time during the Christmas holidays since most of our higher education clients are off.

Vacation and paid time off are great once you get it after a year of being there and good luck getting the days you want off scheduled during times of the year you would actually want to use it.

It is generous but it is a 'use it or lose it' situation which forces end of the year extended leaves in order to use up the benefit.

Very flexible PTO policy and culture in the higher management.
