They cover the employee 100% for health insurance. The dental plans offered were also good and low cost to the employee.
The best thing about the benefits package at Blackmon Mooring is the company paid for health insurance. It's a great insurance provider, with great coverage. I didn't lose any of my doctors, prescriptions, or pharmacies when switching over. The worst thing is how long it takes to start collecting PTO. I've had illnesses, personal life crisis, and a death in the family that I could not take care of/be there for due to the fact it takes 6 months until you can even start collecting.

They do provide health benefits for the employee at no cost to the employee. They also provide coverage for family, however at a very inflated cost.
The base pay if your salary is good. Hourly is very low. You get three weeks vacation annualy after its accrued but because of the amount of work load you cant take it because theres nobody to cover your workload while your absent. The vehicle allowance has been cut in 1/2 over the last year. Salary employees get a gas card and hourly do not,
