I am assuming they have great benefits packages if you have been there for ahwile. I was only there for a year so I wouldn’t know.
Paid time off for vacation and maternity or paternity leave. Medical high premiums and deductibles and spouse enrollment fees annually.
The benefits package was rather nice, the insurance was wonderful as there was a lot you got with it. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k along with a life insurance policy, one given by the company and one was up for purchase. The strange part of it was every year you had to have a physical done, which included a weight and measure and a blood test to see if you qualified for discounts on your insurance.
Price seems to keep going up every year, but it is comparable to other employers in the area. The best thing is probably the vacation benefits and profit sharing program.
Very good benefits plan that offers a wild variety of plan that helps employees when they retire and or facing some form of illness.
They offer most of the same things other offer.
i don't know about the benefit cause part-timer doesn't get benefit. But I'm assume the it pretty good base on what i see so far.
Very reasonable and affordable insurance plans.
All good. Profit sharing was excellent.
Great rates and now you can get prescription through most any pharmacy!
