Good benefits..401k, medical, vision and dental. I really like having these available to me. The best thing is having these..period.

Best part: believe up to 16-18 weeks of maternity leave; worst part: slim and pretty expensive health care, getting more expensive with even one dependent & no 401K match.

Benefits are basic - offers medical, dental, and visual insurance, pre-tax health and transportation. No 401K match but may contribute a profit share after 2 full years of working at the firm depending on how the firm does for the year - no consistency on what to expect. PTO is accrued not banked. Very basic

Blank Rome benefits were good. They provided happy hour and free lunches. The 401k was also good. The office location was good, right at the metro.

The health insurance is costly and doesnt offer much at a discounted rate

No premium for single employees, expensive for spouses or families. Deductibles were high but once met, maintenance prescriptions were covered 100%.
