Benefits are great, most of them the company covers, we also have an onsite clinic as well as gym. PTO is always nice and you are able to take it when you need to. We get a lot of holidays off.

contract, there are non. you basically have to buy them from the federal government. they started out taking out taxes but that was a diaster and they went another way.
You get time off and a fair amount of PTO and the schedule is flexible, however the benefits for other areas like 401k and such arent special and just normal.. You have a onsite clinic which is useful, a gym, and massage room but other than that compared to most companies in utah its just normal.
