Frequent overtime, few holidays, and required to work weekends. 401K, and stock sharing are a bonus, but the healthcare is horrific.

Awesome office events that really engage employees. Speaking generally, the organization does not match up to market averages for salaries. Inconsistent application of benefits, especially as it applies to vacation, time off.

I'm a big fan of High Deductible Health Plans, HSA's, and ROTH 401K's. We have them all here and I definitely participate. I wish our gym discount program covered more gyms. I love my LA Fitness but it's not one of the eligible gyms. The vacation time is less than generous. It isn't bad, but nothing to write home about.
