Blink Fitness provides a sense of community, building relationships with not only coworkers but members as well. Being a rather new and growing company there is opportunity to grow with the company providing you are committed to giving 100% each shift. Low pay and only part time hours makes it an ideal job for students. Odd shift times (4:45am open, 11:15pm close) does present a bit of difficulty balancing work and personal life if you are a regular on the schedule. Aside from a few minor things, the overall experience working for Blink Fitness is a great one.
The worst thing is having people you know distract you from your workout.
the only thing blink gives employees is a membership to the gym they work in only
Gym membership is like the others so it's not the big deal. The big deal is - you can actually consult and even train with PERSONAL TRAINER for free and that thing can cost a lot! At the location where I was working, all trainers were very very cool.
You can not beat their rates, it is exactly what your want from a gym. A gym, nothing fancy just a place for you to get your work out on.
the best because keep you in shape and with good health
The gym is very easy to use, and very clean.
As a employee you can workout for free.
