The healthcare and 401K are awesome. I love getting free codes and games. I also appreciate how my family can utilize the tools.
The health insurance coverage was excellent and very inexpensive when I began working at Blizzard in 2010. By 2017 is was becoming more costly to the employees but it was still great coverage overall. They also matched 20% of our 401k contributions which was great.
Healthcare plans are amazing with low deductibles and extensive coverage, 401k matching is 25% (roth and traditional) with a 1/2 year vesting period, materinity/paternity includes 8 wks paid, and other swag offered periodically throught the year tied in with product launches. Unfortanately, no stock options are presented or if they are it is done on a very limited scale.
It continues to cost a bit more every year, but solid offerings overall
Overall great benefits and perks. It's the stuff you assume we would get at a gaming company: lots of free swag, blizzard bucks for in-game purchases, free game codes to Blizzard and Activision games, etc. Just needs to improve on 401k match, it's a little lackluster but nothing to really gripe too much about.
The benefits packages provide a lot of different options and are generously subsidized to make the best choice for you, your spouse, and your family.
Great benefits and constantly trying to improve. The only key thing I saw missing was a good daycare options for those with families.
Excellent benefits package with a lot of perks and wellness options, health, retirement, life insurance, etc. all part of the package.
Great health insurance, could have better dental coverage.
Great work/life balance with some amazing benefits
