“free and discounted games available”
“Good coverage at good premiums”
“Offered via Fidelity Investments, matching rate of 2%”
Pros: Health insurance, stock, vacation, sick, additional paid leave, parental leave. Cons: Currently, no flexible hours or plans yet for return to work.
Overall great coverage and benefits for industry standards.
Felt like everything was average, not particularly spectacular but covered most of the bases.
Good benefits and support from the company during covid 19 and work from home. Blizzard has supported employees in the best ways and has vowed to continue support while working from home.
Excellent benefits, including insurance and 401k matching. Additionally, they have several programs focused on helping employees develop skills and experience for faster career growth, as well as personal development, such as mindfulness, understanding credit, etc.
Two months paternity leave.
Blizzard offer a range of great perks including frequent events at a company/team level, on the job training and generous sick/maternity/paternity leave.
good health insurance, 401k, profit sharing, vacation and sick time. Only downside is I'd like to see employees get stock options
Vacation allowance is lower than other game studios, but sick time is generous. Benefits such as team events, free snacks, and employee discounts on merchandise, have been disappearing since the pandemic began. Bonuses were cut, even when the company has its largest profits year EVER.
The package is decent, time off is pretty generous.
