    Blizzard provides competitive accrued vacation time off. The company provides a couple floating holidays each year and typically gives the week between Christmas and New Years off without reduction to your vacation balance. Additionally, they give 7 or 8 national holidays off each year too.

    3 weeks or so off per year and sick days are counted against you. 3 sick days and you get a verbal warning, the 4th gets you a written warning and the 5th you get fired, if all occurrences happen within 6 months.
