You are fully vested from day one
There is a 401(k) plan, but you have to stay on top of it. There have been instances of poor communication where some employees didn't realize they were eligible to start contributions or didn't understand the contribution process. Eventually, the pension/retirement office catches up, but the employee has to make sure to count their own cash.

The investment options are good. You will be able to find a mix that fits your specific financial needs. The fees are very reasonable.
Not as generous as a previous employer. A previous employer offered 10% of all salary (base and also bonuses) in 401(k) contributions, even if the employee didn't contribute (so, not a match, employees still get the 10% regardless). This is more progressive than BNA's current plan.
