    There's plenty of maternity and paternity leave depending on in which department you work. You can create a flexible plan with your department head and they will make sure that other people do your work while you are away.

    The standard amount of leave was just increased to 20 days and it's possible to stretch that to 30 work days before dipping into other forms of paid leave.
