Their health care is a PPO from Anthem Blue Cross, with a pretty comprehensive list of in network providers there.

Decent health insurance. Most people get most things covered. There are a lot of employees who need to have their chronic health conditions attended to and would be virtually homeless but for the charity extended by the company.
There is no health insurance coverage for contract workers.
Great monthly rate for co payment
About the best you can get in any workplace. Benefits are much better than other similar employers.
Anthem is the third party claims administrator now and is in the business to deny deny deny. And they will, based on personal experience. Recent reports also indicate that the norm now is to routinely deny coverage for claims until someone fights back. Company won't bat for you either.
